GOtv extends services to Cross River

Calabar Residents of Calabar and other cities in Cross River now have the opportunity of enjoying improved digital television services with the launching of GOtv in the state. The ceremony held at the prestigious Transcorp Hotel in Calabar was attended by a cross section of residents as well as the business community in the state. The General Manager of GOtv, Mrs. Elizabeth Amkpa said the company was expanding its servicing with the launch of GOtv in five more cities in the country. The cities includes Akure (Ondo State), Calabar (Cross River), Ogbomosho (Oyo State), Oshogbo (Osun State) and Ifeare. She disclosed that ‘after successful launches in Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Enugu, Benin, Aba, Owerri, Kano, Kaduna, Onitsha, Asaba, Uyo and Abuja, GOtv has rolled out its services to five additional cities.’ The General Manager said GOtv entered the Nigerian market with enticing offers noting that the company was ‘constantly innovating to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible digital television to Nigeria.’ On services offered by the company, the General Manager disclosed that ‘with GOtv, Nigerians can experience the digital television revolution in the comfort of their homes because GOtv delivers a selection of exciting channels in great picture and sound quality.’ “GOtv subscribers have access to an exciting selection of channels containing news, children’s programming, documentaries, series and movies which are carefully selected to cater for a variety of different tastes and family viewing needs at a very affordable price.”
