The Special Task Force, STF deployed to restore law and order in Plateau state has a new spokesman. He is Captain Ikedichi Iweha.
Iweha replaces Captain Mustapha Salisu, who is going to Niger State on posting as the new information officer to 31 Artillery Brigade, Minna.
Until his new posting, Captain Iweha was the spokesman of the Joint Task Force, JTF, in Kano State.
Iweha who has a degree in Mass Communication from the University of Jos, described his posting to Jos as a home-coming.
He stated this yesterday at the press centre in Jos during a brief ceremony where Captain Mustapha took him for introduction to members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ.
The new spokesman called on newsmen to cooperate with the STF to ensure lasting peace in the state.
