Former South African President, Thabo Mbeki, and former Head of State,Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar, on Monday met with the All Progressives Congress APC, presidential candidate, Maj-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), in Kaduna ahead of the rescheduled March 28 presidential election across the country.
