Hull City boss Steve Bruce says he is “delighted” to have committed his future to the club after agreeing a contract extension.
Bruce, 54, joined Hull in 2012 and guided them to promotion from the Championship in his first season but his side sit 15th in the Premier League, five points above the relegation zone.
“We have achieved a lot in the few years we have been here but this is just the beginning of the journey,” says Bruce, who will finalise his new deal on Thursday.
“Premier League survival is now crucial for us at this time, as is improving our training facility as we look to continue to grow and become a solid, well run Premier League club.”
