The Oyo State Police Command has arrested a suspect with 14 PVCs in his possession near a supermarket in Ogbomoso.
The suspect who claimed the PVCs were given to him for keeps by his relatives and friends could neither give a convincing reason for having the cards in his possession nor provide accurate details on the owners of the voter cards.
