Sokoto guber free, fair, credible – Observers

Independent Electoral Observers, IEO, has described governorship poll in Sokoto State as free, fair and credible.
National chairman of the Forum of Observers, Mr. Lazarus Nwachukwu said this at a press conference on Tuesday in Sokoto, while attributing the success to a combined synergy of the electoral umpire, security agents, journalists and civil society.
He also explained that with the way losers accepted defeat in good faith, winners should also embraces all in order to move the state to greater height.
“For peace to rain, we observed the way losers have congratulated each other. This will foster unity and development among politician”, Nwachukwu explained.
Mr. Nwachukwu commended INEC for its passionate efforts in keeping trust with Nigerians.
