Soccer crazy Nigerians have been told to relax as the Super Eagles are poised to powder their faces with sunshine in Calabar on Saturday.
Coach Stephen Keshi said at a media parley yesterday morning that Nigerians will celebrate after the World Cup qualifier against The Flames of Malawi.
“We are working hard to make sure that no stone is left unturned in our quest to qualify for the final game of the World Cup qualifier.
“I know Nigerians will smile on Saturday because the players know what is at stake. We will give the match our best shot. Everything is geared towards making sure they are in a good frame of mind for the game. We are going to have a good match,” Keshi added.
He also revealed that all the players are expected to be in camp by Wednesday afternoon so as to make the evening training a good one.
“I am expecting all my players by Wednesday afternoon. That will make the evening training a smooth one because we will begin to perfect strategies for the game.
Super Eagles only need a draw to qualify, while the Flames of Malawi must win the game on Saturday to have any hope of gaining the only ticket from Group F.
