Ahead of this year’s edition of the Africa International Film Festival, AFRIFF, organisers have extended the entry submission date.
As the organisers call for entries from African filmmakers, the new closing date for entry submissions has been put at Thursday, July 24, 2014.
The 4th edition of AFRIFF is scheduled to resonate with film workshops, training programmes, daily film screenings, workshops, master classes, exhibitions, film premieres and fun from November 9, 2014 to November 16, 2014 at the Tinapa Business Resort, Calabar, Cross River state.
AFRIFF, according to its Artistic Director, Keith Shiri, “is a platform that seeks to give expression to African cinema, by recognising and rewarding excellence in the industry.”
Already, movie stars and filmmakers are gearing up for AFRIFF’s glamorous opening ceremony, closing ceremony as well as the award night that will celebrate winning film entries, as well as their cast and crew.
