Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria, SPDC, has awarded Dietsmann’s joint venture NetcoDietsmann a contract worth about $220,000,000 for an initial period of 10 years for the Integrated Operation & Maintenance services at the AFAM VI Power Plant of Port Harcourt in River state. The scope of the Afam VI Power Plant contract provides for full-Integrated Operation & Maintenance of the 650MW gas and steam turbines. In total, Dietsmann maintains power plants with a combined installed capacity of over 12 Gigawatts of both gas and steam turbine-driven power units.
