Speaker, Plateau State House of Assembly, Mr. John Dabwan, has alleged increasing marginalisation and neglect of Christians in the north, especially the youth.
This is contained in a statement made available by Secretary General, Arewa Christian Political Forum, ACPF, Prince Samuel Owobi jnr. yesterday.
Dabwan said this while receiving the national executive of the Arewa Christians Political Forum, ACPF, at his resident in Jos, noting that there was need for proactive response to redress issue.
He noted that the coming of the Forum to spearhead the drive for equity, justice and fairness was a welcome development.
Earlier the forum’s Coordinator, Mr. Victor Bobai said; “Muslims and Christians must co-exist and be united in order for development to take place”.
The coordinator, announced at the visit, the appointment of Mr. Yusuf Hamman from Plateau state, as the forum’s Director of organisation.
